The School of Design (SOD) has been established in the year 2021. The emphasis on "Practice to Theory" and "Theory to Practice" makes the Design programme competitive and relevant to society. The Maker-Centered pedagogy, followed at the School of Design, is an integrated process of hands-on experiential learning and independent thinking.

Design graduates in India are in high demand, with starting packages ranging from 4-6 Lakhs per annum, and top offers reaching 12 Lakhs. Eligibility

Ten plus Two (10+2} or its equivalent from any stream including Science, Commerce, and Arts/Humanities from CBSE/ICSE/NIOS/IB or any State Board, or Diploma (10+3 pattern) of any stream with minimum aggregate marks from Technical Board of Karnataka or any other state, or from a college/university established under Section 3 of the UGC Act 1956 and CMRU Entrance Exam.
