Is NID DAT n UCEED are the same exams?

No. All these exams are for different institutions.

NID DAT and UCEED are totally different exams.
NID DAT exam is for students to gain admission into 5 NIDs (Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Gandhinagar, Kurukshetra and Vijayawada)
UCEED is for students seeking admission to the Bachelor Degree programme in Design (B. Des.) at Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay
(IITB), Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati (IITG), Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad (IITH), and Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing, Jabalpur (IIITDMJ).
