Would you recommend it to new players, or suggest going straight to the full version?

I’ve been playing Geometry Dash Lite for a while now, and I’m trying to better understand what makes it so popular despite being a free, limited version of the full game.

On one hand, the game feels incredibly engaging. The simple one-touch controls make it easy to pick up, and the synchronization between music and level design creates a really satisfying experience. It’s also impressive how the game challenges players’ timing, reflexes, and patience with such minimal mechanics.

However, there are also some clear limitations. Since it’s the Lite version, it lacks many features found in the full Geometry Dash, like custom level creation and a larger variety of levels. The difficulty curve can also feel frustrating for beginners, especially since there are no checkpoints in most levels. Additionally, ads can interrupt gameplay, which may reduce the overall experience.

What do you think are the biggest strengths and weaknesses of Geometry Dash Lite?
