The UCEED - 2018 paper is divided into three sections, A, B and C. There are a total of 85 questions carrying a total of 300 marks. All sections are compulsory. Questions in each section are of different types.

• Section A (80 Marks) contains a total of 20 Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions. There is NO NEGATIVE marking for this section.
• Section B (100 Marks) contains a total of 25 Multiple Select Questions (MSQ). There is NO PARTIAL marking and NO NEGATIVE marking for this section.
• Section C (120 Marks) contains a total of 40 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). There is NEGATIVE marking of −1 (minus 1) mark for this section.
