You need to qualify the B.Tech/B.E Paper (Paper 1) of JEE Mains and JEE Advanced thereafter, then only you will be able to apply for AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test) which allots B.Arch seats to already-qualified students from JEE Advanced.

No, with 95% - you are having a current rank of around 7000, which means - you might only get some sorted-out NIT's - that too in 'HOME STATE' quota only. And yeah, that rank will change in April for sure :) hope this information helps!
