Percentile scores are scores based on the relative performance of all those who appear for the examination. The marks obtained are transformed into a scale ranging from 100 to 0 for each session of examinees

89.07 percentile means, amongst those who appear in your particular shift, 89.07 percentage of candidates have either equal to or less than your raw score.

The Percentile scoresfor the Total Raw Score for the two shifts of 8th Jan 2019 exam would be merged and shall be called the NTA score, which will be finally used for the preparation of Merit list / Ranking.

After the JEE P-2 April-2019 Exam , the Ranks of the candidates will be released taking into consideration better of the two NTA Scores of all candidates appeared in JAN 2019 and APRIL 2019 examinations.

Although 89.07 percentile is a good score, but if you try to get more percentile than this, in April 2019 exam, you may have the chances of getting good rank and option of getting preferred college.

I don't think so it is enough for SPA as your tentative rank is around 7000... Try to get above 97-98 percentile in the coming attempt
