With just your score of 250, it would not be possible to predict your rank at this stage. Getting into an NIT will depend on the rank you get. This is dependent on the difficulty level of the exam and the number of students taking the test. So for now, sit back and relax. Wait till the ranks come out. Having a look at the 2018 cut off ranks should give you an idea of which rank can get you into an NIT.

Most books available in the market for NATA or JEE Paper 2 have excessive syllabus. You would end up putting in efforts in topics not included in the syllabus.
The portions of NATA & JEE paper 2 Mathematics are basically your 11th & 12th class subjects. For the detailed syllabus, you can refer to the following resources
NATA Brochure (https://online.cbexams.com/nata/images/NATA2019Brochure.pdf?v1) or the
JEE Information bulletin (https://jeemain.nic.in/WebInfo/Handler/FileHandler.ashx?i=File&ii=14&iii=Y)
That should be sufficient for you to get an idea what comes in the exam
All of these topics are covered in DQ Edge and updated on a daily basis so you would not need to refer to any books.
